Have you decided Oak Hill Academy is the right fit and want to formally apply?  To begin admission consideration of your student immediately, please complete the application packet found below.

 

Straightforward Application Process

Step 1

Complete the Application for Admission.  The completed application should be returned to the admission office along with a $50 application fee and current photo.  The forms can be emailed, faxed or mailed to us.

Step 2

Submit Recommendations and Transcripts:  Provide the transcript release and recommendation forms (below) to your current school.  The completed recommendation forms and official school transcripts should be sent directly to Oak Hill Academy.  A minimum of two recommendations is required.

Step 3

Interview/Campus Tour:  Admission interviews can take place via Skype or as part of a campus visit.  Contact the Admission Office at (276) 579-2619 to schedule an interview.  Campus visits are typically scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.  During your visit, applicants and their families will meet with the Director of Admission, Principal, Guidance Counselor, and members of the faculty.  Current Oak Hill Academy students also will visit with you to share their experiences.

Step 4

Notification of Decision:  Once steps 1-3 have been completed,  the Admission Committee will meet to discuss each applicant.  You will be notified of our decision shortly afterward.
