Parents’ Day Fall 2017

Parent’s Day for the Fall Semester at Oak Hill Academy is scheduled for Friday, September 22, 2017.

This time provides you an opportunity to meet with the teachers and staff to discuss your student’s progress.  You are invited to follow your student’s schedule (students in school dress, accompanied by parents/guardians in attendance), yet the day has an informal, open-house feel.  Please see the schedule below:

 Important note:  If you wish to speak with anyone other than the teachers, please schedule a conference upon your arrival to campus.

7:45-8:30 am………………………………….Breakfast with the students (parents invited) in the Vaughan Dining Hall

8:30 am…………………………………………Registration in the Principal’s Office (English Academic Building) to obtain your                                                                    student’s schedule and to schedule a conference with Academic Staff

                                                 NOTE:  Hospitality Room available in the Library, lower level of the English Academic Building

8:30-12:00……………………………………..Parent/Teacher, Staff Conferences

                                                  NOTE: The Alumni Campus Store is open for parents and families

12:00……………………………………………..Lunch in the Vaughan Dining Hall – all are invited!

After conferences, students may leave with parents for the long weekend.  Students who leave with parents are expected to return to campus by 7:00 pm on Monday, September 25th, or before.  Please complete the following short form to let us know your plans:
