Parents’ Day for the fall semester at Oak Hill Academy is scheduled for Friday, September 23, 2016. This time provides you with an opportunity to meet with teachers and staff to discuss your child’s progress. The day has an informal, open-house tone; the schedule is below.
If you wish to speak with anyone other than the teachers, please schedule a conference upon your arrival to campus.
Schedule for Friday, September 23, 2016:
7:45 – 8:30 Breakfast with students in the Dining Hall (parents invited)
8:30 Registration begins in the Principal’s Office – English Academic Building (to obtain student schedule)
Hospitality Room available in English Academic Building Library
8:30 – 12:00 Parent/Teacher/Staff Conferences; Campus Store Open
12:00 Lunch for everyone
After conferences, students may leave with parents for the weekend.
It is our hope that all parents will be able to attend our “Parents’ Day” this fall. Please RSVP below and make certain your child returns to campus by 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 26th. Students may also return to campus on Sunday, or earlier if parents desire.
