Admissions & Advancement Officer Opportunity

Oak Hill Academy is seeking an Admissions & Advancement Officer to play a key role in growing and strengthening our school community. This unique position combines student recruitment, enrollment management, alumni engagement, and fundraising responsibilities.

The Admissions & Advancement Officer will serve as a primary contact for prospective students and families, guiding them through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment. This includes conducting admissions interviews, campus tours, and virtual information sessions, as well as managing applicant records and communications. The officer will also track and report admissions data, support recruitment initiatives, assist with campus events, and help onboard new students.

In the advancement and community engagement aspect of the role, the officer will assist with the Academy's Annual Fund and special fundraising initiatives, support donor relations, help organize alumni and parent events, contribute to development communications, and assist with major community events such as Parent's Weekend and Graduation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for education and student development, excellent organization and follow-through, and the ability to build relationships with students, families, alumni, and donors. Experience in admissions, enrollment management, fundraising, or independent schools is preferred.
