Payments
Oak Hill Academy is committed to assisting families in their effort to secure a quality education. To this end, we offer several defined payment plans.
Please note that Oak Hill Academy is only able to extend tuition payment plans to families residing in the U.S. (domestic). International families are expected to complete payment prior to the arrival of their student.
As part of the enrollment fees, families are provided tuition refund insurance, which protects your tuition commitment against unforeseen withdrawal or dismissal.
Pre-Arrival Documents Needed
Medical Forms
Parents must complete and submit all required medical documentation prior to arrival.
- Fill out, sign, and return all health, consent, and emergency contact forms before arrival.
- Provide an up-to-date immunization record.
- Submit any special care plans (asthma, allergies, diabetes, etc.) and any necessary supplies.

Shoes when dressed in school uniforms: Students may wear athletic shoes (Jordan or Nike brand only). If your student does not wish to wear athletic shoes, you must provide an alternative, i.e., oxfords or loafers for boys; low-heeled, closed-toe loafers, ballet flats, or Mary Janes for girls.
